Willis Cooper is moving over to use Go Cardless. This is a system that enables you to set up a direct debit to pay our invoices automatically on the due date. This gives you peace of mind that fees will be paid on time and stops the hassle of you having to set up the bank payment each time you get an invoice from us.
Over the next few weeks you will receive a Willis Cooper branded email with a link to set up the direct debit. You will then need to add the details of your bank together with an email address before confirming that you are happy with the direct debit. You should then receive a direct debit guarantee via email and you will receive notification by email before any payments are taken.
Of course, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel a payment. Please just get in touch and we can cancel the immediate payment and arrange for the monies to be collected by instalments instead.
We will also be looking to move all clients over to paying a monthly amount rather than receiving yearly invoices from us. Some of you are already doing this and spreading your accounting services cost over the year. If this makes sense to you, i.e. paying a regular monthly amount rather than a big bill after your accounts have been done, and you want to get started on this straight away, then please just let us know and we will work with you to get this set up.
